We hope you enjoy your new purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, you can return an item following our policy:
Returns Policy
- Return Window: You can return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving them for a credit note, refund, or exchange at our discretion.
- Extended Returns: Items bought during the extended Christmas returns period may be returned after the usual 30 days.
How to Return
- UK Returns: To start a return within 30 days, Email us at Info@revorsio.com with your order number.
Return Conditions
- This policy is valid only for items purchased in the UK.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Exclusions: Personalised products, as well as items on sale or from the outlet, are not eligible for return.
Alternative Return Option
- You can return your order at your own expense, but we won’t reimburse shipping costs. Please ensure you get proof of posting in case the item is lost.

International Returns
If you wish to return an item from outside the UK, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we can organize a return for you via Fedex or any available courier company at a cost of £25.

Returns Do’s and Don’ts
Please note that we can only accept returns for items purchased through the official website www.revorsio.com.
Do’s:
- Package Securely: Ensure your return is packed securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Keep Proof of Posting: Always obtain proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Don’ts:
- Return Damaged or Used Items: If items are returned in a damaged, worn, or dirty condition, indicating they were used after you had the opportunity to inspect them, we may consider this a violation of your responsibility to care for the goods. We reserve the right to recover appropriate costs from you.

Damaged Goods / An item is different from what was expected
If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged in shipping or an item is different from what you expected, please immediately notify us by emailing at Info@revorsio.com.
We offer a 14-day free returns policy on items that are different from what you expected in the UK. To qualify for this, please initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
If a product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a repair where possible or a replacement at our discretion. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear and where an item can easily be repaired, this will be our first course of action. Outside this timeframe we are unable to offer a replacement.
